Pixel Dolls Limited Edition – Lisette

When I logged in this morning I got an announcement from the Pixel Dolls group about a new limited edition dress. So I TPd over and had to buy it. It’s called Lisette. It comes in 4 colors, I got Ocean. It comes with 2 skirt options and 2 sleeve options. I put on my Maitreya Grace Heel Sandals, Fleur Vivant Soiree Skin and Calico Lila hair, with extra short bangs. To complete the look I added Earthtones Mon Coeur Necklace and Earring set. It’s a breezy look for what I hope is a fast approaching spring.

And by the way I’m loving the Boudior poses set by CodeBastard Redgrave, they are sexy and fun.

I will add SLurls the next time I’m in world.. really I will.

Shades of Gray

Don’t know why but I was feeling gray today. So I pieced together this outfit, the sapphire earrings add just the right amount of color. I’m working on piecing together outfits so I’m ready the next time Tamara gives me a Fashion Challenge on Stylecast.

Shopping Offline

Back in December I got an Armidi Gift Certificate. You had to register it with the website and such and they said soon they will have the Gift Card system up and running. Well they don’t yet, but it should be coming soon. But in the mean time I can shop at their store online. Which means I can spend my lindens when I’m not in Second Life. Is this good or bad?

Soon the site will be open to the general public and I can’t wait.

Downed Tree Branches

I’m sitting at my desk finding new ways to distract myself from work, when I hear a crack and a crash. I look behind me and see this. More branches downed by the snow. Last year these trees lost a few branches to. I walk in and out of work on that path, I heard some cracking when I came in this morning, remind me to walk fast the next time I hear that noise.

Twas the Night Before Christmas….

The presents are bought, the stockings are hung, visions of sugar plums… what the heck does a sugar plum look like? This year I’m on Santa Support, it’s tough working for the man but the overtime pay is great. If the jolly old guy needs help I’m there, WD-40 for the sleigh runners, hot cocoa, clean mug, rescue rope, candy canes for an intant sugar rush and reindeer beano… well sometime’s Clarice (you know Rudolph’s wife) likes to make a Three Bean Chili for the Annual North Pole Christmas Eve-Eve Pot Luck Dinner… you don’t want to be down wind of 9 reindeer after that. Anyway, I will be in the chase sleigh in the event anything is needed. So Happy Christmas to all and to all a Good Night…

A Visit to Silent

Tuesday morning I saw the announcement, I teleported over right away.  At long last Silent was open.  I explored and I shopped and I was amazed.  In a world where I am so overwhelmed by the colors at times this was a unique build that I truly enjoyed.  So this morning I logged in using Wind Light and I snapped a few photos.  (By the way, I’m happy with the newest release of Wind Light, my system didn’t bog down as it had in the past)

Small Room?

While waiting in a drive-thru I saw this door and I couldn’t figure out where it was going to. This is one of the pillars holding up the roof of the drive-thru, you would need to block traffic to access it. When they were building this they had to think "We might need a door here for a very tiny room".
